About the role

Are you the person who turns interest into enrolled, retained participants? We're hiring a Recruitment Specialist to own enrollment for our clinical studies and keep trials on schedule.

What you'll do

  • Own enrollment against protocol targets: plan, run, and report on recruitment
  • Work curated lists and inbound interest with calls and structured phone pre-screens
  • Educate prospective participants on each study's purpose, process, benefits, and risks
  • Schedule and confirm screening visits, then follow up to convert and retain participants
  • Track recruitment metrics (enrollment, retention, source) and adjust outreach to hit goals
  • Partner with the PI and coordinators on eligibility and refresh outreach materials

What you'll bring

  • Experience in recruiting, outreach, sales, or marketing (healthcare or research a plus)
  • Excellent phone and interpersonal communication; you put people at ease
  • Detail-oriented, accurate documentation; comfortable in a CRM or database
  • Awareness of GCP / HIPAA and participant privacy; bilingual a plus
