What does a Phlebotomist do day to day?

A Phlebotomist keeps a clinical study running at the site: coordinating visits and source documentation, staying inspection-ready under GCP and ALCOA, working with the PI and study team, and communicating with sponsors, CROs, and monitors. The exact mix depends on the protocol and therapeutic area.
